Ryan joined Google in 2004, and has held executive leadership roles across Sales, Product, and Search Engineering, experiencing the best of Google.

Ryan is a founding member of Google Shopping Europe in 2019, having previously launched the Shopping product in Europe in 2012. He partners with the world’s largest retailers and enables thousands of SMBs to succeed online, advising on their eCommerce strategy and growth opportunities, including the transition to the Agentic Commerce era driven by AI.

In 2013, Ryan co-founded the Digital DNA event, which brings together startups, entrepreneurs and leading Tech companies to accelerate their digital strategies.
