I have over 10 years’ experience within B2C, B2B and SaaS environments. Adept at articulating complex information and systems in an immersive and straightforward way, I have enjoyed significant success in a range of industries, including EduTech and Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Events (MICE) and Professional Services. I am highly skilled at identifying opportunities for growth through the successful execution of new innovations and continual refinement of existing processes.

I am an alumna of the PCMA 20 in their Twenties programme, which recognises proven leaders within the business events industry. I have been invited to speak on multiple panel discussions in cities including Rome, London and Lausanne and have shared my thoughts on the future of marketing and high-performing teams as a podcast guest – topics I find fascinating!

Our ethos is to drive positive action. We support a range of clients within the Professional Services sector in converting intent into action through our sales enablement programmes and networking bootcamps.

A shared passion for accountability-based leadership was the catalyst that led Oonagh O’Reilly and I to co-found MCO Performance having worked together since 2018. I am hugely passionate about helping others to achieve their full potential and enjoy shared success as part of a team by leveraging systems and processes to work smarter, not harder.

Outside work I can most often be found in dog-friendly coffee shops with my apricot Toy Poodle, Nicky or planning my next travel adventure – Charleston South Carolina is my current dream destination.
