Currently leading the UK / International Sales and Customer Success functions at Everway, I’ve previously headed up the Marketing and Demand Generation team, giving me a unique lens across the full customer journey and a proven ability to drive revenue across both acquisition and expansion.

My background is rooted in SaaS and tech-for-good, with a track record of scaling revenue, accelerating pipeline, and aligning commercial functions in high-growth, fast-paced environments. I thrive in the space where strategy meets execution — whether building GTM from the ground up in earlier-stage companies or delivering commercial transformation at scale.

Beyond my day job, I’m a passionate advocate for neurodiversity and inclusion in the workplace. As co-chair of an employee resource group and a proud mum of three neurodivergent young adults, this work is personal. I regularly speak and post about inclusion, leadership, and the power of technology to make a difference.
