– Marketed and sold 100’s of gym memberships in local council gyms across 3 sites- Sourced, marketed and sold 100’s of activity holidays across Europe to independent travellers who bought their own flights and adventures
– Created, marketed and sold marketing strategy sessions to well over 50 local SME businesses in various sectors such as health & safety, door access systems, restaurants, coaching and bakeries
– Created, marketed and sold places on accelerator and workshop programmes to over 100 tech startups
– Created, organised, marketed and sold places on both virtual and online events for startups, industry tech knowledge and investors
– Created, negotiated and led on startup term sheets for a few growing tech businesses – Worked on SHA’s, Articles of Association, Board Minutes, Written Resolution, Share Transfers and Share Purchase Agreements to create a few interesting company events
– Worked on creating and maintaining Unapproved and Approved Option Schemes and Cap tables – Worked on completing Advanced Assurance and EIS compliance
– Created and built key relationships in tech communities across NI, UK, ROI, US and Europe to connect dots, synergies and collaborations
