Roisin Molloy is the CEO and Founder of TriMedika, an innovative medical technology company transforming how vital signs are captured and integrated into clinical workflows. She has over 25 years’ experience in medical technology sales, international market development, and scaling high-growth companies.
Earlier in her career, Roisin held senior commercial sales roles at Randox and Andor Technology, where she helped expand global sales of advanced scientific and medical imaging technologies, gaining extensive experience in building international markets and managing complex hospital and research sales cycles.
In 2016, she founded TriMedika and led the development of TRITEMP™, a non-contact clinical thermometer designed to improve infection control, reduce nurse workload, and eliminate disposable probe covers. Under her leadership, the company has progressed from concept through regulatory approval to international commercialisation into 21 countries.
Roisin was a finalist in EY Entrepreneur of the Year 2021 and was also recognised by Innovate UK with a Women in Innovation Award for her leadership in developing impactful healthcare technology.
As an entrepreneur she completed MIT Entrepreneur Development Program, Maserati Top 100 Disruptors, Dell Women’s Entrepreneur Network Alumni, CEO Connect, DBT Export Champion 2023 and participated in Manchester Health Accelerator and KidsUp Accelerator in Sheffield.
