In 2000 Andrew founded Avalon Instruments, a developer of innovative molecular spectroscopy solutions for the global forensics and healthcare marketplace. Avalon was subsequently sold to PerkinElmer Inc. where Andrew became the Business Unit Manager for their molecular spectroscopy division.
Going on to join Andor Technology PLC in 2009, as Director of Product Management. In 2013, following Oxford Instruments PLC’s acquisition of Andor he held a number of positions and is now on the Oxford Instruments Senior Leadership Team, as Group Director of Products and Markets with responsibility for all aspects of marketing across the business.
