With over 25 years of executive and board-level experience, Dr Aislinn Rice is a recognised commercial leader in scaling technology businesses, driving revenue growth, and building world-class sales organisations. She brings deep expertise across the full growth lifecycle, from early-stage start-up to global enterprise, consistently delivering market expansion, high-impact partnerships and successful exits.
Her career includes senior leadership roles such as Sales Director and PLC Board Member at Andor Technology, where she helped deliver a sustained high-growth strategy leading to its acquisition by Oxford Instruments. She has also operated at executive board level in fast-growth start-ups, leading global sales, marketing and partner ecosystems from early traction through to international scale and trade sale.
She now holds a portfolio of board and advisory positions, including Director of Software NI, Non-Executive Director at Analytics Engines and Chairperson at Mahlatini. Aislinn is also a member of the Industrial Strategy Advisory Council, contributing to the development and delivery of the UK Government’s long-term industrial strategy through independent, evidence-based recommendations.
